Photos: A collection
of close-up photos of various rhododendron trusses taken by Russ and
Velma’s son, Curt, during the 2002 blooming season. It’s worth noting
that he
photographed no plant more than once, and that almost all of these
pictures were shot over a 2-day period (around the end of the 3rd
week in May) rather than throughout the 6-week blooming period. Consequently,
many plants missed out on their pictures being taken. Also, none of the
photos by Curt have the flowers identified by name (or by parentage of
the un-named cross), with apologies to the breeding purists.
